Shipping
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped within 1-2 business days after process of your order has been completed.
All shipping takes place Monday-Friday. We do not ship on the weekends, holidays or during inclement weather.
Returns

Exceptions to our return policy:
If you receive an order with breakage, please take a photograph of the exterior of the box and a photograph of the contents in case we need to make a claim with the carrier. Then contact us by email at ivymoonbotanicals@gmail.com as soon as possible but no longer than 7 days after receiving your order, with your full name and order number, proof of receipt, what items were broken, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement for those items. Any refund amounts will be for the amount paid for the item/s at the time of purchase.
We will let you know if further information is needed. We are unable to process your request after 7 days of receiving your order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
