Changes to Online Ordering & Shipping
Recently I had experienced some glitches with the shipping plug in on the website. This is what allows for online purchasing. My goal is to make sure you have access to the tea blends I offer in a timely manner and to provide information that will help you on your health journey. With some contemplation I have decided to try a different method to ensure ordering continues omitting the middle man. Moving forward I will continue to accept orders via email. If your interested in placing an order, feel free to send me an email with your order and I will send you an invoice by way of PayPal.
I understand that this may not be the choice of ordering for some which I completely understand and respect. Feel free to send me an email with any questions and concerns.

*Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours*
All shipping takes place Monday-Friday. We do not ship on the weekends, holidays or during inclement weather.
Local Delivery available Thursdays and Fridays: If you are local to the Poland, Minot, Mechanic Falls, Auburn/Lewiston areas, we can also arrange delivery for a small fee of $5. Email ivymoonbotanicals@gmail.com to schedule a delivery.
Returns

Exceptions to our return policy:
If you receive an order with breakage, please take a photograph of the exterior of the box and a photograph of the contents in case we need to make a claim with the carrier. Then contact us by email at ivymoonbotanicals@gmail.com as soon as possible but no longer than 7 days after receiving your order, with your full name and order number, proof of receipt, what items were broken, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement for those items. Any refund amounts will be for the amount paid for the item/s at the time of purchase.
We will let you know if further information is needed. We are unable to process your request after 7 days of receiving your order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
