Suggested Tea Magic for You
Use 1-2 tsp. per 8 oz. of boiling water. Cover your mug of Sweet Slumber tea and allow for the magic to infuse for 10-15 minutes. It is best to slowly begin to get ready for sleep about 30-45 minutes before going to bed. This will allow the mind and body to settle. Turn off all electronics. Sometimes it is helpful to have soothing meditation music on in the background. Take some deep breaths allowing your body to feel the comfort of the support beneath you, arriving in the moment. Slowly sip on your tea, opening to the sweet slumber that awaits you.
