Suggested Tea Magic for You
Use 1-2 tsp. per 8 oz. of boiling water. Cover your mug of Dream tea and allow for the magic to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Prepare this tea during the evening. Allow your mind and body to wind down. Taking a few deep breaths, begin to center yourself in your body. Allow yourself a few moments to daydream about what your deepest desires are. When you are ready, slowly sip on your Dream tea. I invite you to journal about these dreams and set the intention to meditate on this each night. Or you may wake up in the morning with an awareness of your dream time symbols and themes, jotting these down in your journal.
